About Lydia

Lydia was born in Orlando, Florida, but raised in San Antonio, Texas most of her life. Several years ago, while working in a Cardiac Rehab Clinic, Lydia had a calling to help people relieve their stress and pain with Massage Therapy. Although Lydia had worked in the medical field for 20 years, she felt a need to help people more directly. After attending an excellent local Massage Therapy School, Lydia opened her own private massage therapy practice in San Antonio, Texas.
